Heyho Volks,
my name is Blue. I’m a tech enthusiast, exploring the internet on its worst days.

I’ve been into tech for about 15 years now and have seen a lot of bad behavior, misconceptions, dirty tricks, and cheap solutions on the clear side of the internet. Four years ago, I started my journey into the darker corners of the internet and IT security.

Since then, I’ve hosted simple services, honeypots in the Tor network, visited bot-infested IRC networks, reverse engineered malware, did horrible things to my homelab and investigated every incident I could get my hands on.

This hobby has often been interrupted by gaming, movies, music and other distractions — so the idea behind this blog is to create a bit of pressure on myself to post something substantial every week... or so.

When I look into my notebook, posts may be about the investigation of IPs that connected to my honeypots, a CTF, my homelab, something work-related, or a personal project.

I’ll start by uploading some older posts I never actually published anywhere.
